El Salvador wants to become cruise destination

El Salvador is making efforts to enter the cruise ship market in Central America.

The government announced it will receive its first ever American cruise ship in 2014.

The Salvadoran tourism authorities are participating at the Central American Cruise Summit in Guatemala, in order to promote the country as a destination.
