English is not the only language needed in El Salvador call centers

Call centers in El Salvador are not only interested in hiring people who speak good English. Now they want those who know French, German, and even mandarin Chinese and Russian.

Many of the companies that require the services of the call centers have a client base in countries where English is not routinely spoken.
