European Union provides grant of $15.3 million for quality system in El Salvador

The European Union signed a $15.3 million agreement with the government of El Salvador to provide it with a quality system.
The accord establishes that the grant will be used to bolster El Salvador’s budget.
As well as laboratories for testing, the accord provides measuring systems to ensure the accuracy of medicines, and certification schemes for systems, products, processes and persons.
