Expats back lower living costs in Central America

Nearly 400 expatriate respondents to a survey by Best Places in the World to Retire, were asked to compare the cost of living in Central America with the cost of living in their home country.

Among them, 43.1 percent reported that the cost of living in Central America was 25 to 50 percent less than in their home country.
