Fast-casual restaurant chain Così opens in Costa Rica

Così, a “fast-casual” restaurant company, announced that it has entered into a development agreement with a Costa Rican franchisee, Fast Casual, to develop Così restaurants in the country.

The agreement calls for Fast Casual to develop five locations over five years beginning with their first expected to open later this year.

The Costa Rican locations will join a chain of 136 restaurants in the US and United Arab Emirates.
