Fiscal reform in Panama is unnecessary: Minister

A fiscal reform in Panama is unnecessary, Finance Minister Frank De Lima said.

The minister added that the next administration will have enough resources, $20 billion, to invest in public projects.

But he suggested bolstering Panama's tax authority in odder to make tax collection more efficient.
