Fitch upgrades Nicaragua's Lafise Bancentro

Financial services firm Fitch Ratings upgraded Nicaragua's Lafise Bancentro bank's grade from F1 to F1+.

Fitch said it made the decision due to the bank's improvement in profitability, low debt rates in its credit portfolio and the continuous strengthening of its assets.

The bank has $1.55 billion in assets and a 28 percent market share.
