Five groups in the running for Panama Metro management

Two Spanish consortiums, two from the United States and one from Canada are competing for the management and technical assistance of the construction of Panama City’s Metro.

Roberto Roy, the Metro secretary, said that the five consortiums in the bidding offered Between $27 and $27 million. A winner will be chosen on Monday, August 16.

The Spanish consortium of TMB, Ayesa and Inelectra presented a proposal of $27.97 million.
