Former Panama Cabinet member under probe

One more member of the Cabinet of the former Panamanian president, Ricardo Martinelli, has been interrogated and had limits placed on freedom of movement for alleged involvement in the National Assistance Program scam.

After more than eight hours of questioning on Tuesday, Jaime Ford, former Minister of Public Works was released but told not to leave the country.
