Four telcoms companies object to terms of Costa Rican cellphone tender

Four international companies – Claro, Cable&Wireless, Centenia Towers and Telefónica, are objecting to the tender for the opening of the cellular telecommunications market in Costa Rica.

The companies allege possible violation of the public administration law.

The regulator, Sutel, will have five working days to respond to their complaints.
