Four women in race to head Costa Rica telcoms watchdog

Four women are in the running to head Costa Rica’s telecoms watchdog, Sutel. The four aim to replace Maryleana Méndez, whose term ends at the end of the year.

The choice comes at a time when the market is reaching critical points in fixed-line Internet, international roaming and in post-payment cellular services.
