Fund sees growth of 4% in Central America

Wednesday, April 18, 2012

Central American countries will maintain a stable 4 percent growth rate for 2012 and 2013, said the International Monetary Fund.

However, the Fund said this rate will remain only as long as the United States continues to show its recovery.

The inflation rates in the Central American economies will stay slightly over 5 percent over the next two years.
