Future not so rosy for Costa Rica economy

Costa Rica’s central bank portrays a generally rosy picture for the economy this year, including growth of 4.2 percent.

However, a more realistic assessment indicates that problems seem sure to arise in terms of the fiscal deficit and a sluggish world economy.
