Gambling earns Panama $2.5 billion a year

 

Gambling earned Panama almost $2.5 billion last year, $20 million less than in 2014.

But gambling far exceeded the cost of some of the major projects underway in the country. It was $612 million less than the construction of the second line of the Metro system.
