Gasoline prices to rise again this month in Panama

Problems with refineries in the United States are blamed for the second increase this month in Panama gasoline prices, although with the downturn in international oil prices, gas is still much cheaper than a year ago, and the price at the pumps continues to be the lowest in Central America.
Prices are in Panama are expected to increase 13 cents a gallon of 95 octane gas, tomorrow.
