Germans win Honduras airport contract

 

Inversiones Emco of Honduras will build the new Palmerola air terminal in Honduras, together with the Munich International Airport under a $136 million contract.

Palmerola will take over from Tocontín as the leading Honduran airport. Accident-prone Tocontín is rated as one of the most dangerous approaches in the world.
