Good times roll for investing in Costa Rica

This is going to be a good year for investors in the Costa Rican currency, the colón, but it will be hard for companies who aim to increase their payroll.

The Costa Rican market -- employers in particular -- is facing for the first time in many years an outlook of a long period of negative inflation.
