Grupo Aval buys Guatemala's Grupo Reformador

Colombia´s largest financial group, Grupo Aval, announced it will acquire Guatemala's Grupo Reformador for some $411 million.

The acquisition will be made through Grupo Aval's Central American unit, BAC Credomatic.

It will also make BAC Credomatic Guatemala's third largest financial group.
