Guatemala-Dominican exports up 4 percent

Guatemala's exports to Dominican Republic grew 4 percent in the first seven months of the year, compared with the same period last year, according to the Central American country's export authority, Agexport.
The figure represents exports worth $85.3 million, mostly from the sales of cosmetics, medicine and palm oil.
Guatemala is the Dominican Republic's second provider of goods from Central America, behind Costa Rica.
