Guatemala open to visitors and appeals to foreign tourists

Tourism plays a key role in Guatemala, so the industry's authorities are waiting no time in appealing to foreign visitors to visit the country to recoup losses caused by the Fuego volcano's eruption.

Many tourists have cancelled their visits though only a small area of Guatemala was damaged by the eruption.
