Guatemala's Go Green salads restaurants head for Colombia with two units

Guatemalan restaurant chain Go Green, which specializes in salads, will start its expansion in South America with the opening of two restaurants in Bogotá.

Go Green was founded in November 2005, and currently operates 28 restaurants in Central America.

The company is also planning to open in Mexico and Venezuela, through its franchise business.
