Guatemala's outsourcing industry to grow 12 percent

Guatemala's outsourcing industry will grow 12 percent this year, according to the country's exporters' association.

Last year, Guatemalan call centers exported their services to Germany, France, Asia, the United States and other Latin American countries, generating $214 million in earnings.

This year, the exporters' association hopes the sector will make earnings of up to $239 million.
