Guatemala's political instability scares off foreign investors

For the third straight year, direct foreign investment in Guatemala has fallen. Last year, it fell to $1.14 billion, down by $38 million from 2016.
Analysts agree that the two main problems are political uncertainty and the lack of reliability of judicial decisions.
