Guatemala sees 40 percent drop in honey production

Guatemala's honey production is set to drop 40 percent in the 2013-2014 season.

In the first harvest of the year producers obtained 70 percent less than their initial forecast.

The drop in production is due to weather irregularities during late 2013 and early 2014.
