Friday, June 24, 2011

Guatemala aims to double its exports of non-traditional farm products to $3 billion a year.

Currently, non-traditional farm products earn $1.5 billion in exports, in addition to such traditional products as coffee, bananas and cardamon.

In order to achieve the goal, several projects have to be promoted in both commerce and production.
