Guatemala to boost sustainable tourism

Guatemala's tourism authority, Inguat, is seeking to boost the country's sustainable tourism sector.

Inguat presented an application form to the Association of Caribbean States in order to improve air and sea connectivity among the Association's member countries.

"Sustainable tourism is a global tendency, and is favoured by travel agencies and large corporations," Inguat director Pedro Duchez said.
