Guatemalan coffee sells at highest price

Guatemala coffee growers have sold their crop at the highest average price in Central America this year.

A preliminary report on the 10th Internet coffee auction, organized by the country's coffee sssociation, says bidding began at $4 per pound of coffee and reached an average price of $13.

El Injerto coffee farm in Guatemala got the highest bid Tuesday with $45 per pound.
