Guatemalan firms target migrants to U.S.

Guatemala inaugurated on Monday this week the "Encuentro con el Migrante", an event that aims to establish some 2,000 business contacts.

The aim of the event is to allow more than 200 small and medium Guatemalan enterprises export their products to the migrant community in the U.S.

Among the products the companies are offering are decorations, food and fashion.
