Guatemalan generators suspend electricity sales to El Salvador

Guatemalan power generators have cut off or reduced the colume of supplies of electricity to El Salvador because El Salvador has not been paying its bills.

The problems began last year when the government of El Salvador began to drag its feet on payments for millions of dollars.
