Guatemalan minister quits over 'political wrangling'
Guatemala's finance minister, Pavel Centeno, resigned, claiming he was a victim of political manipulation.
"I came here to perform technical work, not political", said Centeno. "A minister cannot be challenged within 15 days of assuming office" he added.
Centeno's resignation is the first casualty in President Otto Perez Molina's administration, which started in January this year.
