Honduran free-zone exports grew by $472 million to $2.98 billion last year

Exports from the free zones in Honduras pulled in exports of $2.98 billion last year, an increase of $472 million.

The nation’s central bank said that, of the increase, textiles accounted for $404 million, while electrical parts $46 million. Other goods accounted for the remainder.

The United States was the leading importer, at $2.52 billion.
