Honduran newspaper closed by freeze on accounts

The Honduran newspaper Tiempo says it is temporarily closing after the government seized businesses belonging to the paper’s owners, whom the United States has accused of money laundering.
Tiempo said in an editorial that the closing was the result of “economic asphyxiation” caused by the freezing of bank accounts linked to the family of former Vice President Jaime Rolando Rosenthal.
