Honduran president visits Singapore to study urban infrastructure and economy

The president of Honduras is in Singapore for a three-day working visit.

Singapore President S R Nathan hosted Porfirio Lobo Sosa to lunch. Lobo updated Nathan on the current developments in Honduras, and expressed keen interest to learn how Singapore developed its urban infrastructure, industries and economy.

Lobo will attend meetings organised by organisations such as the Centre for Liveable Cities and the Economic Development Board.
