Honduras hails its first-ever Black Friday

Hondurans are enjoying their first Black Friday, the US tradition that offers consumers a pre-Christmas splurge on shopping.

Stores in Honduras such as Walmart, Lady Lee, Diunsa and La Curacao are inviting shoppers to buy seasonal gifts at reduced prices.
Streets in the main shopping areas are decked out with posters announcing the Black Friday offers.
