Honduras insurance sector slows down

Honduras's insurance sector grew 3 percent in the first half this year, the country's banking and insurance commission, CNBS, said.

The figure shows a drop compared with the 4.3 percent growth of the same period last year.

Local company Ficohsa Seguros continues to dominate the sector, with a 24.7 percent market share.
