Honduras leads farmed shrimp production

Honduras is Central America's top producer of farmed shrimp, according to the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, Eclac.
Last year Honduras produced some 30,000 tons of shrimp, making it the country's fourth contributor to the economy with $204 million.
Number two in the region is Nicaragua, who produced 24,5000 tons last year.
