Honduras receives $1.5 billion in remittances

Remittances to Honduras reached $1.53 billion during the first half of the year, according to the country's Central Bank.

The number is $133 million more than the amount reached in the same period last year.

The Central Bank is expecting the country to receive some $3 billion in remittances this year.
