Honduras Supreme Court bans 'private cities'

The Honduran Supreme Court decided to ban a project to build privately-run cities by 13 votes to one.

The project was first introduced in February, back by president Porfirio Lobo who stated they would help created jobs and attract foreign investment.

The Supreme Court judges however, decided the plan was unconstitutional and would affect the country's sovereignty.
