Honduras to export new product to Europe

Honduras will begin to export cable harnesses for cars to Europe this year.

"We are exporting a wide range of products to Europe, but exporting cable harnesses for cars are represent an innovation for the manufacturing sector," said César Díaz, negotiation director of the Honduran Eocnomic Development Secretariat.

Honduras's manufacturing industry grew 2.2 percent in the first two months of the year, according to the central bank.
