Honduras tourism

President Juan Orlando Hernández and the mayors of 11 municipalities earlier this month toured Honduras’ 150 kilometer Agricultural Corridor, in Olancha Department.

As part of the Viajando por Honduras program to support tourism,, Hernández will in the next few months visit several part of the country.

The Agricultural Corridor includes farms with crops, dairy and livestock, which use traditional production methods.

Honduras has for some time offered coffee tours, including this one, which promotes the concept in 113 languages.

Other Honduran tourism destinations include Mayan ruins, the Caribbean islands, and colonial Tegucigalpa.
