Hotel investments are bubbling throughout Central America

Investments in hotel in Central America are booming as the region’s tourism industry recovers from the 2009 crisis.

Spanish companies, both small chains and major corporations, are especially active.

Last year Central America welcomed 8 million international tourists as it returned to the levels achieved before the international crisis.
