ICE sues Costa Rica over Internet project

Costa Rica's state-owned telecommunications company, ICE, took the State to court over a failed Internet project, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The project, called Range Super Internet, seeks to add 100,000 broadband connections across the country.

The delay on the project came after Costa Rican authorities nullified Chinese firm Huawei's contract, saying it required additional permits.
