Intelenet Global Services of India sets up new call-center facility in Guatemala

India’s Intelenet Global Services, a leading BPO service provider announced a foray in Latin America by setting up a new facility in Guatemala.
The new center will serve as a near shore destination for global clients with North American operations.
The Guatemala site will provide multi-lingual support in English, French and Spanish languages.
