Investment in Millennium Plaza of El Salvador to top $175 million

Investment in Millennium Plaza in the capital of El Salvador is expected to exceed $175 million, head of the builders Simco, the real-estate division of the nation’s Grupo Simán.

The project includes a 34-story corporate tower, a skydeck, helport, fitness facilities and 10 residential towers.
