Jaguar Energy needs more time to build project

Jaguar Energy Guatemala announced it needs at least five more months to finish construction of the first energy generating unit of its thermal project.

The company will need one more year to finish construction of the second unit, construction manager Carlos Velasco said.

The first unit is 65 percent complete, while the second one is 40 percent complete, Velasco added.
