Jobs return at last after lean years in Costa Rica

The number of workers in Costa Rica’s construction industry grew in the first five months of this year compared to the first half of last year.

The increase amounted to 2,700 workers on average. The figure is important because it points to positive change.

Jobs were lost in construction during the first half of 2009 and 2010.
