Joe Biden meets up with the presidents

 

Joe Biden, the US vice-president, began a two day meeting in Guatemala with the leaders of Central America’s “Northern Triangle”: El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.

The aim is to discuss Barack Obama’s $1 billion plan to regenerate the region’s economies and put a brake on emigration.
