Monday, November 25, 2019

Guillermo Torres who heads Panama’s Water and Sewer Authority told business leaders that the water treatment plant in Chilibre which supplies the needs of much of the capital city "has collapsed."

According to Torres, the constant failures in the plant are because "it can no longer function". In spite of $39 million invested by other administrations in a plant that did not increase its capacity, Newsroom Panama reports.
