La Curacao launches a retail offensive in the region

La Curacao, a chain of the San Salvador-based Unicomer retail group, plans to open 40 new shops in the region in coming months.

The chain at present has shops in all of Central America and the Dominican Republic. At present it has 319, up from 93 in 2000, La Prensa Gráfica reports in Spanish.
