Lala buys Nicaragua's La Perfecta

 

Grupo Lala, Mexico’s leading producer of dairy products, announced an agreement to acquire  Productos Lácteos La Perfecta of Nicaragua.

This will be Lala’s second acquisition in Nicaragua as it extends to expand its sphere of influence.
